Project Manager Trainer Jobs

Basic experience in project management

Knowledge of, or experience with issues confronting Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities and families.

Strong analytical abilities, computation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of maternal child health practices and the public health field

Experience working in a community-based setting

At least 2 years of experience in social services

Facilities Management skills, IT skills and technical knowledge; strong problem-solving skills; good negotiating skills and excellent communication skills.

Deliver training courses to the required quality standards as detailed in Skillsoft / Global Knowledge’s quality procedures.

Deliver courses at all Skillsoft / Global Knowledge centres and customer sites when required.

Manage the classroom to optimise training experience.

Work closely with the designated scheduling manager to ensure that trainer utilisation meets or exceeds the company requirements.

Represent the Skillsoft / Global Knowledge values – demonstrating a can do and positive attitude at all times.

BS/BA degree in security, law enforcement, or management related fields, and/or equivalent training and experience.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Perform risk management to minimize risks.

Track and schedule annual physicals, drug screening, security registrations, and certifications per contract requirements.

Prior experience as a Manager or Supervisor similar in size and scope of this contract is preferred.

Ensure scheduling is sufficient to meet contract requirements.

Demonstrates time management skills (i.e., prioritization, timely follow-up, with other responsibilities and meets deadlines)

Conducts Project Management training and educational programs, on-the-job training, and orientation

Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and concepts

Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills

This position reports into the Director Operations Project Management Office and has no direct reports
