·Team leadership and cross-functional project management skills are required

·Proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities, scoping the effort and inclusively developing solutions

·Stakeholder management and presentation skills are required

·Coaching, mentoring, and ability to influence across multidisciplinary groups to achieve project goals

·Collaborative approach to daily activities and tasks

·Lean Six Sigma training or experience in process development

·Strong Microsoft Office skills – knowledge of macros and more advanced features is a strong plus

·Working knowledge oftools like Workfront, MS Teams, Smartsheet a plus

Experience/Educationalrequirements:

·Technical undergraduate degree in Engineering is required

·Experience with business processes, finance, and project reporting is required

·5+ years of experience in a technical role as a member of a cross-functional team is required

·5+ years of experience in a leadership role responsible for project management / process ownership is required
