This role can be based in Sunnyvale/Mountain View, San Francisco, Carpinteria, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Omaha, or Washington DC.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead concurrent talent projects of varying size, duration and complexity who is passionate about helping organizations and people succeed at getting to the next level. In addition to project management, you will develop and execute change management within a global organization. You will need to easily communicate complex ideas to a variety of levels of sponsors, stakeholders, and end users. Influence and negotiation skills are critical, and you will need to drive projects forward with little direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Use data to inform recommendations aligned with our long term talent strategy
  • Partner closely with HR Tech Partners, Change Practitioners, Process Excellence, Business Owners and Tech Team to drive exceptional project results
  • Plan and execute projects against project plans, change management plans, and go-live and business readiness plans
  • Seek opportunities to improve the employee experience throughout the project management lifecycle
  • Identifies, applies and shares best practices and advocates approaches, frameworks, tools and technology for effective project management
  • Establish project standards, cadence and version controls for project documentation and workflow to ensure success of projects
  • Work with project sponsors and functional leaders within and outside of HR to drive project objectives
  • Track project measurement and outcomes, taking lessons learned forward to expand, improve and evolve the project and build scalable processes
  • Own and manage multiple, concurrent enterprise level talent projects of varying complexity; projects may be business focused and/or involve technology investments / system implementations
  • Support internal and external-facing communications to share critical project information
  • Mobilize project teams and clearly articulate the plan along with roles and responsibilities for each project team member and stakeholder
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience within Project Management and/or Management Consulting
  • BA/BS degree or related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions
  • Ability to be highly productive and proactive with key stakeholders
  • Experience with organizational effectiveness & design projects is a plus
  • Experience using cloud based technologies (ex. Office 365, Google suite, Smartsheet)
  • Applied experience with organizational change management
  • Strong understanding of end to end project management methodologies & frameworks
  • Ability to be highly productive and proactive with key stakeholders; can easily connect dots and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Ability to communicate and facilitate discussions with executive team, business and HR leaders
  • Project Management experience leading an end to end system implementation project is preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong understanding of end to end project management methodologies & frameworks

The pay range for this role is $112,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
