Job Title: Marketing Project Specialist (Healthcare Communications)
Client Location: New Jersey
Starting: August 2023
Salary/Pay Rate: $27- 34hr
Hours: Full-time
Duration: 5 months - through the end of 2023

**This is a hybrid role, seeking W2, authorized candidates who would be able to travel to the NJ office roughly once/month to meet with the team. Must be able to work East Coast hours.**
Our large Fortune 500 client is seeking a Marketing Project Specialist (Healthcare Communications) to join their team. In this Consultant role, you will delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Product Management job family.
What You Will Do
- Identify opportunities to maximize product/brand exposure and sales and is an advocate and champions of their product's brand.
- Complete day-to-day Product Management tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
- Contribute to analyses supporting product direction, advertising, pricing, budgets, profit and future development plans.
- Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
- Resolve non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
- May assist, coordinate or lead portions of small/simple projects.
Note: Product Management roles may include a blend of Product Management/Product Development responsibilities.
What You Will Bring
- Experience with Medicare materials, Medical or Pharmaceutical materials, in a project management or proofreader/editorial capacity
- 3-4+ years of Product or Project Management experience within a regulated industry such as healthcare
- Candidates must have at minimum an Associate’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and have demonstrated success learning to use proprietary software (Training will be provided)
- Must be detail-oriented and deadline focused
Successful candidates will be required to pass a drug test, background check and employment/education verification prior to starting
