Able to oversee or advise on project management issues and assist in overcoming barriers.

BA/BS degree and 6-8 years relevant experience OR equivalent education and relevant experience

Implement and document controls and processes to manage the transfer and sharing of accurate data.

Provides informational support and guidance to less experienced TMs

Uses experience, innovation, and judgement to make decisions that may be based on partial information.

8-10 years of Technical Program / Project Management experience.

Bachelor of Science in Math or Engineering or Science Project and/or program management certifications (e.g., PMP)

Anticipates bottlenecks and risks, lead escalation management, manage dependencies and tradeoffs.

Proven technical background and experience leading delivery teams in a matrixed environment.

Expert knowledge in the product development life cycle, including processes and tools that support agile methodologies.

Expertise in working with global and remote teams & partners, understanding multi-cultural nuances.
