They must have a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the organization’s goals and objectives. They must be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, and ensure that all aspects of a program are managed effectively and efficiently. Program Management Advisors must be able to identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities associated with a program, and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them. They must be able to develop and implement plans to ensure that the program is completed on time and within budget.
