Manage academic tutoring for program participants. (15%)
Align professional practices with grant requirements. (10%)
Promote the Upward Bound program at assigned high schools, including generating student referrals, interviewing potential participants, and collecting admission documents.

They must have a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the organization’s goals and objectives. Detailed Job Description Program Management Advisors are responsible for providing advice and guidance to organizations on the development and implementation of effective program management strategies. They must have a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the organization’s goals and objectives. They must be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, and ensure that all aspects of a program are managed effectively and efficiently. Program Management Advisors must be able to identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities associated with a program, and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them. They must be able to develop and implement plans to ensure that the program is completed on time and within budget. They must also be able to monitor and evaluate the progress of the program, and provide feedback to stakeholders. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management
• Experience in managing complex projects
• Experience in developing and implementing program management strategies
