Program Implementation Advisor Jobs in Arkansas

Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in program implementation, preferably in education.

Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools.

Develop and manage a comprehensive program schedule, coordinating tasks, resources, and milestones to meet established targets.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated finesse communicating with both upper management and less-experienced team members

4-5+ years of professional experience and/or direct project management experience

Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or health systems

Mentor and coach new or less-experienced team members to facilitate successful achievement of team goals

Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, assisting team to deliver launches on time

Project manage new product operational readiness cross departmentally, implementing best practices for pilot clients, and/or associated go to market initiatives

• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

• 2+ years of Project / Program Management experience

• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
