Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

Prior experience working directly with clinical providers a plus

Act as liaison between claimant, clinic, operations team, and provider

Review and assists claimant with pre-examination questionnaires for completeness and enters data into proprietary EMR system for provider review

Assist with chart preparation to include tagging of medical records; identification of diagnostics and other pertinent medical history information

Advanced Microsoft Excel skill level

Establish program goals and objectives and determine priorities; provide supervision, technical assistance, and consultation to program staff.

Develop and implement processes to complete grant /funding applications and all required documentation; determine expenditure eligibility for program funding.

Serve as liaison with funding authority and departmental fiscal unit regarding program financial issues.

Prepare annual and quarterly reports; meet with interested community organizations to promote program goals.

Represent the department at meetings with local, state, and federal program representatives; prepare a variety of reports, records, and correspondence.
