Program Education Consultant Jobs in Arkansas

· Management experience preferred but a strong interest to lead without prior experience will be considered.

· Has knowledge about current educational climate, research, and markets.

· Developing and supporting education consultant team on creating effective sales strategies/action plans.

o Responsible for attracting, developing, coaching, motivating, empowering, and retaining educational consultant team members.

· Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at the school and district level within K-12 education.

· Teaching or school administration experience a plus.

Contribute to product vision by collaborating with customers, implementation teammates, product management, and stakeholders

5+ years experience in Higher Education (School employee experience preferred)

Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs- PeopleSoft, Banner, Colleague, and Workday

Experience in Business Office, Cashiering, Financial Aid, Reconciliation processes of higher education

Help contribute to an ever improving culture and customer experience every day

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral)

Manage a sales cycle from lead generation all the way through contracts, legal review and driving the signature process

3 years work experience minimum, preferably within software industry, high-tech start-up and/or school public relations

3+ years in sales, with experience making cold calls

Communicate: Be a great phone, email and web meeting conversationalist

Know the people: Understand, relate to, and talk to school administrators, IT and communications professionals

Understand the market: Enjoy learning and talking about websites and the community engagement process at school districts

Be responsible for completing all required reports regarding sales and sales campaigns, market feedback, and team territory management activities

Be skilled in asking appropriate and probing questions, overcoming objections, and managing your time effectively.

Advise prospective students on how our programs can meet their educational and career needs

Manage your pipeline effectively to meet or exceed enrollment objectives
