Help create and manage social media accounts and support digital communications.

Experience working collaboratively on projects;

Experience with event planning including in-person events, webinars, and other online forums;

Experience in digital media and design preferred;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

Provides case management to students in need of a heightened level of support.

Conducts workshops for older youth.

Conducts program outreach and recruitment at all high schools.

Provides leadership to any outreach staff working with high school youth.

Works with staff on special events to carry out programs in all areas of the office.

Develop knowledge of the ACGME and Program Requirements, including policies and procedures.

Assist the program directors in meeting accreditation requirements, educational programming, and support of clinical fellows, rotators, and clinical observers.

Required Experience: One - three years of administration, coordination or program experience.

Previous experience in a healthcare related environment.
