Develop talent management strategies to align staffing needs with business requirements.

Conduct research and analyze organizational trends using HRIS or talent management systems.

Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes and communicate them to upper management.

Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Performance Feedback:

Streamline complex HR functions and improve employee experience through operational and process improvements.

Evaluate and enhance benefits programs to remain competitive, within budget, and meeting agency needs.

2+ years’ experience in a grant management capacity, pre and post award experience preferred

Track cash forecasts and provide reports to senior management

Knowledge of non-profit financial statement preparation and reporting strongly desired

Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial information to all levels

Assist in the preparation of the budgets

Perform variance analysis budget vs actual and develop commentaries to explain material differences
