Production – Studio Artist Jobs in New York

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Lead on large complex campaign deliverables

Serve as the final checkpoint in the creative design process

Adapt creative concept layouts — scaling, cropping, retouch, or changing layout — as defined by business partners

Apply retouching skills to enhance visual elements.

Manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of packaging design, printing, materials, and structure.

3-5 years of Production Design experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Quality check each element for preparation of final production art files in order to maintain the highest quality print production qualifications

Work with Visual Merchandising team on translating artwork concepts into final production artwork.

Work on versioning artwork for various Markets, including North America, Europe and Middle East

Ensure artwork conforms to final die lines and tolerance for final die cutting and production.

Uphold brand consistencies and quality standards while maintaining regulatory content

Prepare final files for print production, and export.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Manager in film or television

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Coordinating with HR and Accounting to ensure compliant processes.

Coordinate with show guest teams on performances, animals, vehicles, and any specialty bookings

Overseeing Safety on set and while working with internal safety dept and supplying reports.

Point of contact for all crew for scene dock/transpo logistics

Highly detail-oriented, organized with excellent time management skills.

Partner with Creative Operations to manage responsibilities within timelines and meet deadlines.

3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in visual merchandising.

Knowledge of production techniques and mechanicals.

Other CPG visual merchandising experience is helpful

Create production-ready artwork and mechanicals, including but not limited to lightboxes, on-counter display artwork, window displays, signage, and logo placement.

Partnering with Event Lead on budget development, management, tracking and reconciliation

In development of the event experience, apply regional strategic marketing messaging to ensure experience is on brand and meeting objectives

Oversee and manage all aspects of event production, including, but not limited to:

Manage and draft all SOW and MSA contracts with internal Legal Counsel's oversight

Partner closely with Event Lead and internal Studio team to develop and recommend full event experience and execution

Manage event space operations including event staff, technical crew and necessary production partners
