Manage shared library of assets and documentation for VFX

Strong artistic skills and understanding of traditional art and animation principles

Ability to create fully optimized and hyper realistic in-game VFX for a wide range of system requirements

Able to manage multiple, competing tasks and be self-directed to meet deadlines in a quickly evolving environment

Proficient in cost tracking and budget management.

Expert knowledge of Excel, Numbers, Word, Pages, budgeting programs, crew time-keeping, production scheduling.

Experience in talent and agent relations.

Must be able to meet deadlines and manage timelines.

Experience leading multiple, domestic and international productions at once.

B.A in Media Production; or equivalent experience

Professional sense of responsibility and time management.

Firm grasp of file management and naming conventions.

Degree or equivalent experience in Art, Illustration, 3D modeling/texturing, or Graphic Design.

1 year or more of relevant experience.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with 3ds Max or Maya.

Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills

Effectively use project management system to track time on all projects

Communicates effectively with peers, senior management and clients across all topics from business to creative

Manages the execution of the work, ensuring that creative projects are completed on time

Currently REMOTE, may become hybrid.

Retail, agency or in-house corporate creative production experience preferred
