Production – Am Shift Jobs in Iowa

Experience in related field preferred.

Ensure that the building is safe and secure by greeting and checking in all residents, staff and visitors.

Log all events activities and incidents that occur during work shift.

Assist with Wellness checks and member logs.

Assist with day-to-day administrative operations.

Shift Time: Sat and Sun 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

7+ years of of production management experience (technical products preferred but not required)

Manage space, facilities, workplace requirements as needed

Manage changes to design or process while maintaining production output

7+ years of experience managing NPI/ramp up in a manufacturing setting

7+ years of experience directly managing teams of 10+ personnel

BS in Technical discipline or evidence of exceptional experience preferred

Provide daily analysis of shift progress to Plant Manager.

Upkeep any industry and professional training, licenses and certifications required to perform job effectively.

3+ years experience in food processing and supervising teams.

Ag background and experience a plus.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations such as OSHA.

Excellent, interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution, organizational, and communication skills.

0 years with an AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience

3rd - 9:30 pm-5:30 am or 10 pm-6 am

Weekend AM - 5:30 am - 5:30 pm

Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize downtime

Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product

Execute validation plans and compile data

Other duties as assigned by manager

Experience with Stand-up Reach Forklift prefrerred

Skilled in oral expression, communication and comprehension

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

One to three months related experience and/or training preferred

Maintain pick slot and overstock neatness

Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or two to five years of relevant experience

Excellent verbal and written skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
