Production Operations Supervisor Jobs in Texas

Maintain accurate records of production data and provide regular reports to management.

Responsibilities for the Director - Virtual Production Operations

DIRECTOR - VIRTUAL PRODUCTION OPERATIONS

•Develops a working expertise of virtual green screen studios utilizing Zero Density processing and Unreal Engine technology

•Operates the studio hardware and software to product high end cinematic video and live event production

Manage production costs, specifically looking for ways to maximize profits

Resolve any problems or challenges internal or external teams may experience to ensure they are satisfied and are producing quality work.

Previous B2B experience is a plus!

Previous promotional product experience is a plus!

Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to direct, manage, and review the work of others

Collaborate with proposal team management to ensure consistent and proper allocation of team resources, monitor bandwidth, and plan for seasonality

Experience coaching and managing a team including managing the work or remote team members

Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills

Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or PowerBI preferred

Independently identify and help resolve issues that may prevent the team from working effectively and efficiently

Knowledge / Experience / Education

Solution oriented and change management minded

3-5 years’ experience in a Manager level role

Professional written and verbal communication and listening skills

Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 7-10 years’ experience in manufacturing/production setting
