Production Operations Supervisor Jobs in New York

Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce

Minimum three years of experience in an editorial/publishing environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Act as liaison between external partners, local and international business teams, and studio teams

Respond to internal and external inquiries, relay last-minute narration and scheduling information, and trouble-shoot production issues

Work with lab management and HR to staff the Surfacing department.

Working knowledge of personal computers; user computer skills including use of e-mail, word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Manage projects to improve processes throughout the department for the purpose of improving production and quality levels.

Two year degree or equivalent in a related field with proven on the job experience working in a production environment.

Previous optical experience in a lab production environment.

Previous experience leading a group of 10 or more employees.
