Production Graphic Designer Jobs

Prepare digital and print-ready files

2+ years working in a design production capacity in an agency or similar environment. Experience working remote is a big plus.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Zeplin. Experience with Figma’s a plus (we’ll transition someday).

Highly organized and detail-oriented, including external and internal file management

Manage and track brand assets and approvals when requested

Strong experience with print and pre-production methods (e.g., die cut, embossing, gloss, foil, etc.)

Create final files for both traditional and digital executions, following brand and style guidelines

Attend press checks and partner with Visual Managers on production needs and best practices

3D imaging software knowledge (Sketchup) a plus

Experience in pre-press and print production mandatory

Excellent written, oral and communication skills

Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills

5+ years corporate Graphic Design and/or Production Artist experience mandatory

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Graphic Arts related field

Strong file prep and collection skills

Strong text formatting skills with ability to meet specific FDA regulated guidelines

Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs

Knowledge of CFR 21 Title 201-Labeling is a huge plus!

Experienced in data-driven social media management & marketing

Organized, details-oriented, resourceful, excellent time management

Writer/strategist to document events, draft messaging, manage workflow

Manage, schedule & post social media according to schedule

Manage deliverable schedule & organize assets

Junior to mid-level (2 years experience)
