Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Generate production performance reports and communicate progress to management.

Proficient in using production management software and tools.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring balanced workloads and effective utilization of resources.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance the skills of the production team.

Develop and enhance job skills and knowledge throughout all production areas of the plant

One (1) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment by following work instructions

Understand and follow plant safety rules, and always work safely

Ensure quality product is sent to customers by completing quality checks
