Participate in injury management, incident investigation, cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

Must be able to deal with all levels of management and personnel from departments throughout the plant.

Ensure employees comply with EHS policies and requirements by frequently visually verifying compliance. Immediately engage employee not in compliance.

Review all safety guidelines, workplace safety policies and OSHA requirements with personnel.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years’ experience in plant operations, with an emphasis in a high-volume diverse environment.

Self-starter with excellent communication skills
