5+ years of administrative experience

Expertise in team execution and risk management, guiding teams through the process.

Coordinate design, development, and qualification activities.

Demonstrated experience in leading multiple programs simultaneously.

Proven track record of leading programs from inception to completion, showcasing strong project execution skills.

Electronics experience, including understanding of the product development lifecycle or system-level comprehension.

Proven experience in direct customer support, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing technical support teams.

Reduce our development cycle to less than 18 months or better from concept to qualification

Manage Products team and staff including personnel reviews, tasking, and work scope

Promote knowledge sharing and peer review

Allocate individuals based on needs and skills available
