CEMC - American Academy of Professional Coders designation as Certification Evaluation Management Coding.

2+ years of recent experience working with CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) with knowledge of (2016-2022)/ CPT Modifiers/HCPCS /ICD-9/ICD-10 coding guidelines.

Remote work experience with electronic records on a bill review platform: Smart Advisor.

Acts independently and manages own activities with minimal supervision and direction to meet customer needs using sound decision making.

3+ years experience in claims processing (original and reconsideration) for medical bill review or Clinical Code Review in Worker’s Compensation.

Knowledge of office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. with data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in online reputation management.

Excellent communication/listening skills and have experience in conflict resolution.

Adhere to MPP (master planning process) calendars and manage deadlines and deliverables with internal and external partners.

Collaborate with the Customer Care team to address customer complaints and service issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Circulate sales dashboards on weekly, monthly and/or quarterly basis to key stakeholders. Monitor and effectively manage product reviews on pens.com.

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, finance, legal, accounting or a related field.

Knowledgeable of financial instruments, including loans and securities.

Experienced in reading/creating Engineering drawings, specifications, processes and design manuals.

Experience collecting, researching, and evaluating issues for product/process improvement opportunities that may include recurrent product issues.

Experienced with the design of structural and electrical rework/repairs to restore the aircraft or system to original design capability.

Experience with avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installations, and aircraft electrical systems troubleshooting.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
