2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.

Experience with in-depth search into metrics and experiment analysis (A/B testing), and building on past insights to form cohesive takeaways.

3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Competent in the use of retail case management systems.

This position reports to Manager

5+ Years of Loss Prevention / Asset Protection Investigative experience

2+ Years of Organized Retail Crime Investigative experience.

ORC certifications and/or training class completion

Possess strong written and oral communication skills.

If these skills do not apply, applicants should be willing to learn and develop them.

Shoot videos and/or photos of the team during training sessions, game days, and other events as needed.

Execution of pre-production schedule, including video, audio, and graphic design.

Aiding in the post-production process of exporting photos and videos to the team's website, social media pages, etc.

Preparing daily game notes and statistic packs for media and coaches.

CPR/AED (including Infant/Child) certification (or ability to certify within 60 days of employment)

First Aid certification (or ability to certify within 60 days of employment)

Must be physically able to successfully complete required certifications

Minimum 16 years or older

Six or more months working with children- ages 6 weeks to 7 years old-in a nursery or child care setting

Able to communicate and work effectively with groups of children and their parents in a loving yet professional manner.

Broadcast all 'Shoes home games on PLTV and Mixlr.

Set up equipment needed to broadcast game prior to every Lucky Horseshoes game

Availability for all 32 home Lucky Horseshoes Games

Assist in game night operations of press box prior to & during all 'Shoes home games.

Assist in production projects, including interviews and videos with 'Shoes players.

Basic understanding of production and media is preferred.

3+ years of footwear product management experience, preferably with previous cleated experience

Manage the Global Baseball and Cricket footwear line

Manage the product creation process from concept to consumer - help shape the long-range product road map

Ensure product creation is aligned to the brand vison, seasonal story-telling, and desired consumer experience

Work with merchandising and marketing to drive new consumer experience opportunities around the sport

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience

Knowledge and experience with traffic driving retail promotions utilizing NY Jets, NY Knicks, NY Rangers, and NY Islanders team marks/logos

Drive sponsorship revenue for WEPN-FM/ESPN NY and the NY Jets, NY Knicks, NY Rangers, and NY Islanders radio assets

Customize programs that focus on the needs and objectives of our advertising partners

Develop relationships with area businesses and decision maker

Responsible for new business account development

Network with local businesses to expand your sphere of influence in the market
