Highly knowledgeable about user experience design, learner experience platforms, and have experience working in large B2B or SaaS settings.

Actively discover and represent the learning experience needs of Meraki customers and partners.

Build consistent alignment and passion across the Product Enablement team and Meraki organization around our learner experience vision.

Own learner experience success metrics and report-outs.

A leader with outstanding interpersonal skills capable of motivating a diverse team.
