We are seeking a Product Coordinator to support the daily activities of one of our company’s


most exciting products—PROPEL. If you enjoy speaking with customers, tracking and organizing


details, and problem-solving, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate is extremely


organized, detail-oriented, and is not afraid to ask questions. He or she will display confidence


and acumen when interacting with customers, subject matter experts, and colleagues. This can be a remote


position.


Job Summary:


The Product Coordinator – PROPEL is the face of the Company, working closely with clients to


coordinate logistics for education delivery, answer customer questions, problem-solve, and


provide excellent customer service. As the customer’s primary contact and advocate, the


Product Coordinator – PROPEL becomes an expert about the organization, needs, and


products. With the guidance of the Sr. Product Manager, this role will partner with other


internal departments to ensure clients have a positive relationship with our company.


The PROPEL product coordinator also works with internal teams, including content,


marketing, sales, operations, and subject matter experts, to ensure the successful delivery of


PROPEL membership benefits.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with clients to address educational and technical needs and build strong relationships
  • Resolve all client inquiries or issues independently or by triaging to/following up with the appropriate internal parties in a timely manner
  • Review marketing materials
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external customers to identify information needs
  • Serve as the liaison between customers, subject matter experts, and internal teams to ensure all parties have the necessary information to deliver best-in-class training
  • Follow internal protocols for client and internal communication and documentation
  • Maintain client information within internal databases
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to customer requests
  • Coordinate training topic selection, logistics, and moderate monthly calls for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Assist in the launch and execution of special PROPEL projects in the development pipeline


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Travel to conference and events as needed (<20%)
  • Responsible for ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction with product
  • Represent products and services in customer and prospect engagements

  • Proven ability to discern customer needs and envision multiple solutions
  • A track record of timely delivery, and meeting or exceeding deadlines
  • Confidence with various virtual meeting platforms, including the GoTo suite and Zoom
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow into a product development professional
  • Exemplary organization and attention to detail
  • Proven willingness to be a team player
  • Great customer service, proactive, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of professional experience supporting a product, marketing, or client services team
  • BA/BS degree
