- Communicate with clients to address educational and technical needs and build strong relationships
- Resolve all client inquiries or issues independently or by triaging to/following up with the appropriate internal parties in a timely manner
- Review marketing materials
- Communicate regularly with internal and external customers to identify information needs
- Serve as the liaison between customers, subject matter experts, and internal teams to ensure all parties have the necessary information to deliver best-in-class training
- Follow internal protocols for client and internal communication and documentation
- Maintain client information within internal databases
- Respond quickly and appropriately to customer requests
- Coordinate training topic selection, logistics, and moderate monthly calls for multiple clients simultaneously
- Assist in the launch and execution of special PROPEL projects in the development pipeline
- Travel to conference and events as needed (<20%)
- Responsible for ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction with product
- Represent products and services in customer and prospect engagements
- Customer-Centric - Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, effectively aligns strategy with customer’s business, anticipates customer needs and sets high standards for customer service
- Collaboration & Teambuilding - Builds and maintains relationships to successfully work toward
- Proven ability to discern customer needs and envision multiple solutions
- A track record of timely delivery, and meeting or exceeding deadlines
- Confidence with various virtual meeting platforms, including the GoTo suite and Zoom
- Can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow into a product development professional
- Exemplary organization and attention to detail
- Proven willingness to be a team player
- Great customer service, proactive, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- 1+ year of professional experience supporting a product, marketing, or client services team
- BA/BS degree
