Create test plans, and coordinate ONC certifications with certification agencies for all versions of Elekta’s products.

Provide in-depth knowledge of competitive products as well as emerging products, services, and technologies being developed to address these challenges.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 to 10 years of experience in Healthcare regulatory standards and compliance

2+ years of experience in product security

Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge

Be a subject matter expert on the team with broad process knowledge to suggest and influence change.

Subject matter knowledge of state and federal insurance laws and regulations (preferred)

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills due to high performance environment

Knowledge of insurance related websites

Bachelors Degree OR equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in a compliance project/product management role

Understand the functional and technical design of blockchain, bitcoin and decentralized finance technology

In collaboration with Legal, translate regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements into business requirements and technical specifications for our partners

Draft comprehensive compliance requirements documents and concise internal communications that can be understood by both technical and business audiences

Experience with blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and regulated cryptocurrency products and services

Prior experience working for a regulated, reputable cryptocurrency company required

Excellent time management and planning skills, organized with the ability to multi-task, exceptional follow-up skills and able to meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience

For mechanical products, focus includes, but is not limited to, CPSC requirements, ANSI, ASME, and ASTM.

Identify, prioritize and manage critical product compliance initiatives to minimize risks and ensure consistent regulatory compliance.

Manage product compliance monitoring, oversee compliance control processes, and assist in definition and assessment of the ongoing compliance testing programs.

Ensure accuracy of labeling and certification.

Supports Regional Product Management team and Product Management leadership in the development of strategy with the Legal and Government Affairs divisions.

Requirements: Experience with above plus 2+ yrs. of experience in the following:

Reviews marketing, advertising and education materials for content accuracy as it relates to commercial contract coverage.

Experience with Personal Lines regulatory research and contract/documentation creation (auto, umbrella, and specialty lines- Cycle, Rec & Hobby, and Boat products.)

Experience with contract writing and forms creation.

Responds to potentially high impact governmental or regulatory inquiries (e.g., market conduct examinations, state mandated surveys, and consumer complaints).

Ability to interpret and understand technical regulations and technical requirements, including change management, testing requirements, etc.

Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Develop GeoComply product knowledge and expertise in relation to product compliance in order to identify internal risk vulnerabilities.

Maintain a database for centralized recording of all submissions and technical requirements.

Understand GeoComply products at a detailed level and identify risk and opportunities in context of the technical standards and regulatory requirements

Assist in researching new markets, and manage internal databases/dashboards of laws and regulations.

Demonstrated project and people management skills to motivate and lead a skilled group of peers.

Exceptional skills in communication, influencing others, data-driven thinking, collaboration, and striving to raise the bar for product management across the company.

Demonstrated experience as a self-learner to pick up new skills within a few days.

3-5 years as a Product Manager, with shipped features that have impacted millions of users.

Obsession with drawing insights using data, experience defining business and product features and success metrics, and using metrics to drive decisions.

Collaborating with other teams to discover and manage dependencies and roadmap deliverables.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Minimum of 3 years' compliance or regulatory experience including Payroll, Federal, State, and Local tax.

Experience with industry standard file formats such as EFW2, ICESA, and NACHA.

Excellent leadership and motivational skills with ability to interact with others at all levels within the organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong computer skills including Excel.
