Procurement Quality Supervisor Jobs

Communicate surveillance and quality-related matters to clients, project management, engineering, logistics, expediting, and procurement personnel.

Understands the technical, organizational, managerial, and business issues related to operations management.

Develop supplier inspection plans and inspection schedules based on supplier criticality, project budgets, industry specifications / best practices, and client requirements.

7+ years experience as an inspector or craftsman in related manufacturing or construction

Knowledge of writing, reading, and interpreting Inspection Test Plans

Level 1 certification in one of the following NDT methods (VT, PT, MT, RTI, UT)

Assist the Manager, Procurement Quality with the development of Shop Surveillance Plans

Carry out other duties as specified by the Manager, Procurement Quality or Director, Procurement Quality.

1-3 years of Quality or Purchasing experience.

Strong in-person and electronic communication skills.

Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of applicable Industrial codes and terminology, i.e., ASME, API, NDE, etc.
