Procurement Business Integration Manager Jobs

6+ years of proven experience in a global, matrixed environment sourcing direct materials or supply chain management

Experience operating in a manufacturing environment, specifically in sourcing and managing direct materials such as Packaging and Raw Materials

Experience with Sourcing/Procurement tools and methodologies, including RFPs, Cost Models/Should Cost/Clean Sheet, Negotiations, and Contracts

Demonstrated commercial acumen and exceptional analytical skills, highlighted by a proven ability to deliver significant financial results.

Systems – Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and MRP systems (SAP preferred)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or Master’s degree or MBA (Preferred)

Support contractual and intellectual property requirements

Experience in start-up or fast paced dynamic environment

Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues using data-driven methodologies and recommending/implementing strategies to resolve

Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

Experience interfacing with clients and partner vendors on various project deliverables

Autonomously apply knowledge, processes, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet project goals.

1+ years of CMS risk adjustment program operational, analytical, or implementation experience

3+ years of experience working in a data analyst role

Ability to manage at a macro level and dig deep into issues for successful resolution

Demonstrated experience and understanding of legal and finance aspects of commercial transactions to support sourcing and contract management

Excellent relationships skills, especially adept at building trust-based relationships and influencing at Sr. management/executive levels.

Collaborate with category management to influence category strategies and supplier management activities

Facilitate and participate in key supplier discussions and executive relationship management in close collaboration with business and category leadership

Communicate with stakeholders around Procurement team updates: activities, blockers, resource requirements etc.
