Procurement Analyst With Strategic Sourcing Jobs in California

Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management internally and external to WACKER

Prior leadership role in contract management, RFQ bid process, contract law and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) preferred

Good understanding of negotiation strategies and risk management

Excellent and proven negotiation skills; ability to read, understand, and write legally binding contracts

Strong analytical, financial, and research capabilities

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Develop domestic suppliers and stay updated on component material development/pricing trends to meet various material requirements for different markets and customers.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or strategic sourcing roles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the procurement field.

Provide status reporting on contractual matters to HAEA Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Management

Familiarity with Conga Contract Management a plus

This role will report to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing

5+ years' experience in Information Technology procurement or contracting

Strong communication, planning and presentation skills

Perform contract review, drafting and negotiation with HAEA providers and in collaboration with HAEA General Counsel

Effective problem solving, planning, and project management skills

Lead and support supplier management and procurement systems implementation

Contribute to business requirements gathering to automate processes through systems

Lead contract review process to ensure compliance and input from all relevant stakeholders including Finance, IT, Legal, Infosec, Privacy and Risk

2-5 five years of experience in a procurement role, focus on tech, or fintech industry is

Experience with procurement and contract lifecycle systems implementations
