A Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

0 to 3 years of previous experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Program Management preferred. College Grads are welcome to apply!

Work with the supplier development team to meet program timing requirements

Manage change control, including RFQ, cost, timing, and implementation

Ability to multitask and manage several projects and assignments simultaneously

Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Lead purchasing interaction with program teams for regional and/or global programs and new business

3+ years related work experience in software test engineering

Test engineering experience in a government contracting environment

Experience with aspects of software development: infrastructure, design, development, test/QA, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance

Organized and capable of documenting existing test capabilities, test performance, and test needs

Security+ Certification; or obtained within the first six (6) months of employment

Experience writing and running automated back-end tests

Experience with Visual Management/Project Management Tools
