5 years of experience in Management consulting (preferably in operational implementation and program/project management specifically familiarly with Agile)

Manages the development of business cases for new requests, including reviewing for consistency, business benefits calculations.

Develops recommendations and presentations to senior leadership regarding strategic risk, efficiency, and experience capabilities.

Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University

Develops strategic recommendations and roadmaps to transform Retail processes to drive new levels of effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience.

Business or technology experience; focus in business Process Management (BPM, Six Sigma, DFSS; Lean experience a plus).

Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work across functions and organizational lines/levels

Working knowledge of process based technology framework (such as Infrastructure Technology Library (ITIL) or other). Certification a plus.

Working knowledge of COBIT or other best practice. Certification a plus.

Working experience with Process Maturity Assessments CMMI, TIPA or other best practice based on ISO/IEC 15504 standard. Certification a plus.

Manage ongoing process performance and assess risk

Lead the group in the management and governance of validation plans related to process, cleaning, and continued (ongoing) validation and qualifications.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, management, communication, and decision making skills.

End to end technical lifecycle management of products and driving accountability for deliverables with the team.

A track record which demonstrates the skills needed to lead, manage, coach, and develop employees and teams.

In depth knowledge of industry process and cleaning validation requirements.

Supervisory experience in managing experienced technical staff required.

Analyzes project data and tracks / reports on project benefits for management team.

Gain cooperation of others, conducts presentations of technical/process information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.

We are looking Process Engineer Manager (Candidate) from Plastic Industry Background and who can full below responsibilities.

Lead process capability advancements and processing knowledge development

Assist in maintaining client IATF16949/ISO14001 certification by supporting: Corporate policies, procedures, and required documentation.

Trial and evaluate all prototype molds, new molds, resins, and equipment providing effective documentation, communication, and recommendations.

Ensure that process development handoff to manufacutring is thorough, providing all information and documentation required.

Give support to the Project Managers in the preparation of proposals/offers to clients.

Define and implement specific PIs and KPIs to monitor and improve use of the management system.

Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Review technical requirements and specifications of the new processes, assuring they fulfill the productivity and investment targets defined.

How many years of Process Engineering experience do you have?

Previous experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Manage the processes related to client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient integration into our systems.

Experience working with Microsoft 365, utilizing its features and functionalities to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly when interacting with business owners and stakeholders.

Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to completing contracts, managing documentation, and maintaining client records.

Communicate and liaise with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing timely assistance.

Provides change management assistance to ensure we achieve and sustain our targeted performance levels

Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience

Bachelor’s degree (4 years in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering preferred), however, equivalent or relevant experience is also acceptable
