Process Development Scientist Jobs in Arkansas

Extensive experience in upstream, downstream, analytical development, and continuous manufacturing for vaccines/biologics, with in-depth domain knowledge in one of these areas.

Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for vaccines.

Demonstrated scientific and communication capability to strongly influence senior management across functional areas and steer scientific strategy and policy.

Demonstrated expertise in addressing complex challenges in pipeline and life cycle management through critical thinking, innovation, scientific rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience in CMC or program direction, leading to multiple successful submissions for vaccines/biologics.

Working knowledge on DPI and adjuvant development and innovation.

Master’s degree with 12+ years’ of relevant experience or,

PhD in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemical Engineering or relevant discipline with 9+ years’ of relevant experience

Global competency with at least 3 years of experience in global big pharma or CDMO in US/EU market, mandatory

Native/fluent in spoken and written English – must be comfortable dealing with customers in US & Europe

· Hands on experience with method qualifications and transfers, including carbohydrate analysis and peptide map methods

· Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and electronic lab notebook (ELN)

· 2+ years of experience in industrial laboratories supporting production and characterization of protein therapeutics.

· Previous experience in MALS as well as mass spectrometry-based methods will be a plus

· Working knowledge of data processing and analysis tools in Excel, FlowJo, JMP and other statistical software

· Experience with LC, MS and CE instruments handling and troubleshooting
