Process Development Scientist Jobs in Illinois

Collaborate with the Manager weekly to ensure full alignment on project initiatives, plans and next steps

Strong knowledge of food science, food chemistry & ingredient functionality

Strong knowledge of the product development process and equipment processes/operations

Great understanding/appreciation of the broader business environment and application of technical and commercial knowledge during project execution.

Experience in rapid prototyping and/or fuzzy front-end development of protypes preferred

Experience in culinary, pastry or confections are a positive
