Job Title: Principal Program Manager

Act as Primary customer liaison for all program activities

3+ years experience in program, product or account management in marketing required.

Creative project management experience and product management experience preferred.

Experience in supporting workflow development & change management.

Support change management and process adoption across the organization, making recommendations for areas of improvement.

A passion for program management software and tools and how to best leverage for efficient operations.

Work closely with the tools team on solution requirements, roll-out and adoption of new PM software.

High proficiency with SQL. Python and Tableau experience preferred.

Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials, scope, risks and dependencies.

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.

5+ years people management experience.

Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

6+ years people management experience.

Communicate and present program plans and status with management.

Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks and keeping processes running smoothly. 

Minimum 2 years of project management experience required

Previous people and/or program management experience preferred

Project Management Professional Certification - PMI Institute or equivalent preferred

Strong time management skills; prioritization and goal setting acumen

The Project Manager is accountable for the on time, on budget project completion while achieving measurable benefits realization.

Strong analytical skills; working knowledge of OKRs and KPIs

5+ years of experience with IT Program Management

Organizes large project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with design, analytics, engagement, project management, and engineering

Experience creating and maintaining project budget and forecast.

Experience leading enterprise wide transformation projects.

Experience working with an Safe Agile environment.
