Responsibilities include managing site resources including hiring, coaching, developing, and performance managing Site teams as necessary.

• Experience: Prior experience managing dedicated onsite programs

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree

Seek sales leads / potential growth opportunities and forward to appropriate Sales team(s).

• Industry: 7+ years in staffing, customer service, and/or sales

3 years of program management experience

Exceptional client relationship management and cross-functional team building skills

Expert negotiation and influencing skills

Collaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and on budget implementation of programs

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Ability to establish trust, respect and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of Prime

Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Established project management skills.

Significant experience is design and development of change management initiatives.

Develops change management strategies and plans, including identifying change champions and developing communications and training plans to support change adoption.

Experience and knowledge of Change Acceleration principles, methodologies, and tools.

Manages the development and distribution of IT communications, including policies, outages, status updates, FAQs, and other materials to support change adoption.

A minimum of 10+ years of experience with an emphasis significant experience in the Digital Technology & Technical Writing.
