Serve as main point of contact for clients during project scoping, delivery and execution for relationship management, escalation, and future opportunities.

BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field (or equivalent experience)

6-8+ years of experience in data analysis or an analytical capacity

3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics

Basic knowledge of common analytical methods such as profiling a customer segment, experimental design and regression analysis.

Possess strong intellectual curiosity and motivated to master analytical skills.

Proven experience communicating complex analyses in a simple and clear manner

Translate business and marketing partner requirements into technical specifications

Experience in campaign execution and analysis, preferably in financial services

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities and changing requirements

Preferred technical experience leveraging relational databases via programs such as SAS and SQL

Preferred experience with developing dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau

Mentor and manage 1-2 associates and train junior staff members.

4+ years of relevant experience in an in-house, government or consultancy environment.

Ability to manage many different projects at once.
