Collaborates with internal stakeholders, e.g., product management, development, sales, and senior management to define and support Asset Finance consulting services

Expert knowledge and expertise of FIS Asset Finance and the Asset Finance business

Expert knowledge of Asset Finance industry practices, regulations and processes

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner

Understanding of quality management methods, tools and technologies

· Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of project management experience within a law firm setting

· Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and organizational skills

· Supporting marketing efforts, including updating website bios, organizing speaking engagements, and coordinating thought leadership opportunities

· Tracking CLE credits, assisting the attorneys with enrolling in CLE seminars, and supporting professional development programs

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

· Proactive work ethic, strong client-service orientation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Mental and Emotional Requirements: Manages stress appropriately.

Advanced Life Support (ACLS, PALS) AND/OR other Certification(s) for specific roles may be required within 6 months of hire

ANCC or Magnet approved clinical specialty or quality/safety focus certification required.

Uses and promotes evidence-based knowledge as a foundation in policies and procedures for nursing practice to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Provides expert consultation, education, and coaching for patients/populations with complex health care needs using a broad range of theories and evidence

Delivers direct patient care consistent with education, license, documented competencies, and/or medical staff privileges when needed.

Support the development of procurements and management of outside vendors, as necessary to accomplish the goals set forth in the grant

Experience applying research-based principles to early education practice

Assist with grant reporting requirements

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

This position offers some flexibility of office location within the hybrid work model currently being observed.

Excellent project-management skills, with an ability to prioritize competing demands.

Knowledge of the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 and the functions of the United States Sentencing Commission.

Experience or aptitude as a trainer or instructor.

Experience in developing instructor-led training programs and materials.

Experience with techniques of assessing training needs for training programs.
