Manages daily operations of the practice(s) to ensure a smooth office workflow, constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Manages staffing levels of the staff and Providers.

Ensures office staff in all locations adhere to MPG processes including, but not limited to AIDET and offering patient phone surveys.

Assures that all associates provide a superior patient experience; leading by example.

Associates Degree Preferred, and/or Clinical Certification (LPN, CMA, RMA). Clinical Certification must be kept current to maintain the position.

3-5 years direct healthcare experience of similar scope is preferred.

One year of previous L&D experience

Completion of educational program for licensure as a LPN.

Successful completion of annual unit-based review & update program in procedures associated with intravenous therapy.

Proof of full vaccination required

1+ years of medical office management experience preferred.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet company deadlines.

Works with the Practice Manager to assess and develop practice growth strategies, marketing and reputation management

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.

Proficiency with electronic practice management (EPM) electronic medical records(EMR) required.

Collaborate with Physicians and Practice Manager to develop business strategies and patient services

Computer skills: Windows - based applications and lead management software

Strong time management skills required. Must be able to prioritize and adhere to competing deadlines.

Lead Generation and lead management

Serve as a liaison for the medical practice in a designated territory via (group) or individual education opportunities

Travel throughout assigned territory to provide education about services to promote business development

Maintain a working knowledge of program changes and industry insights

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s in Economics, Engineering, Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Work Experience Requirement: 4 years of relevant experience in Economics, Business, Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or related field.

Conduct organizational studies and evaluations and develop solutions or alternative methods to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Specific Skills or Other Requirements:

Supervise activities of a team of Managers, Associates and Business Analysts.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge with at least 3-5 years of experience in the following areas:

Be knowledgeable in medical terminology and healthcare

Experience with urgent care, weight loss, and addiction medicine practice

Experience with EMR and/or Scheduling Software

·Manage physician schedules to ensure availability meets our care needs for patients,

·Has good knowledge and understanding of the schedule,

Access to online continuing education for professional and career development.

0.90 FTE (36 hours/week), 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday thru Friday/ No Call/ No Weekend / No Holiday

Flexible to accommodate the amount of FTE the employee is looking to obtain
