Power Bushing Assembler Jobs

Package materials to meet internal procedures and specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements

One year of experience in a manufacturing assembly setting preferred

Utilize drill pressures, fixtures, torque wrenches and automated tightening equipment

De-energize tap changers and power transformer components

Work within a team structure with minimal supervision on routine tasks

Continuously train on new equipment and processes within the power components area

One year Electrical certification from a junior college or trade school;

1-2 years generator/ electrical experience required.

Read work orders, wiring diagrams and specifications to determine established assembly methods

Participate in meetings, training and seminars as assigned for the purpose of conveying or gathering information required to perform job function

Analyze schematics and drawings of electrical systems for the purpose of determining the efficiency and safety of the installation

Coordinate with others for the purpose of completing projects
