Job Description

Summary

Typically models a specific product category to allow buyers to fit each style of clothing correctly.

Gives The Buckle, Inc. (“Buckle”) permission to use name, photograph, image and/or video for public relations, marketing, editorial purposes and/or training materials, whether in print, advertising, promotional, publicity, internet, social media or other formats, for an unlimited period of time. Understands Buckle is and shall remain the sole owner of any image, photograph or video.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Have a positive, upbeat attitude about the product while on the job.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to continue to model is dependent on the Teammate’s consistent size match with the ongoing business needs.
  • Provide feedback on fit, fabric and comfort of all styles.
  • Communicate promptly and effectively on a day-to-day basis (which includes schedule adjustments).
  • No texting, snap chatting, emailing, etc. while on the clock unless approved.
  • Make sure all product stays within the buying area.
  • Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
  • Build a general awareness of measurement points/product education to help effectively communicate on the fit of each garment.

Education and/or Experience

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
