They must be able to effectively communicate with apprentices and help them develop the skills needed to become successful plumbers. The Plumbing Apprentice Instructor must be able to assess the progress of apprentices and provide feedback and guidance as needed. They must also be able to create and implement lesson plans and activities to help apprentices learn and develop their skills. Job Skills Required
