Through our TurnPoint Apprenticeship Academy, you’ll have hands-on experiences to learn the technical and customer service skills you need to succeed. No experience necessary. We will train you and offer you a great job as a Plumbing Apprentice. At the end of the class, you will be able to take and pass the exam for licensing. While you learn, you will work in the field and receive on-the-job training from our best Plumbing Service Technicians. We will also train you on "soft" skills so that your interaction with homeowners is enjoyable and positive for you and the homeowner.

Starting Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 + potential for overtime

Requirements:

• Organizational skills
• Must have an ability to "fix" things
• Positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Some tablet/computer experience
• Demonstrate an ability to think technically
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC Service Technician as assigned by your trainer to further your education
• Attend class on time and ready to learn
• Learn the essential skills to pass the Plumbing exam after graduation
• Go to work as a Certified Plumbing Service Technician after graduation
