Players Club Representative Jobs

1 - 3 years of experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; required.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, guests and/or management staff.

Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to work with others and independently.

Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express required.

Convey terms of ACE Program and explains qualification requirements to prospective gaming guest.

Record and report database information to management, may assist in updating database files.

Issue complimentary items for guests as designated by management.

When acting as gift shop clerk

Will assist in making reservations for guests for outlets on property as deemed appropriate and may assist in arranging transportation.

Identifies and initiates relationships with new guest for possible enrollment into the players club.

Knowledge of Traditional Baccarat, preferably with experience playing the game

1+ year on-camera experience as a live-streamer/social media influencer, etc.

Excellent communication skills in English and additional languages relevant to project

Be scheduled or on call for the hours listed above

Players will be on camera and stream in 3-hour blocks with the potential to stream more than one block/day

Work closely with Avantage staff and contractors regarding all aspects of planning and production

Ability to accurately input and access information in the property management system/computers

Review daily event calendar and be familiar with current activities/offerings and all casino/hotel current promotions.

Offer information regarding property promotions, products, services, and events taking place

6 months of previous experience in same or similar role preferred

Previous experience working in a team or group environment
