Job Description
Players Club Representative Arizona Charlie’s Decatur (Las Vegas, NV) Description:
Summary
Provide information to guests about the benefits of being a Players Club member including specials, promotions, cash back, cash coupons, party invitations and other casino offerings. Assists club members with any questions and/or concerns regarding the club. Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
  • Review daily event calendar and be familiar with current activities/offerings and all casino/hotel current promotions.
  • Explain to guests how the Players Club card entitles them to special benefits including cash back, cash coupons, special promotions and offerings
  • Ability to accurately balance cash drawer
  • Print cash and/or comp vouchers from CMS, reprint player cards from CMS, issue pin code numbers from CDS, enroll new players in K-man for new player incentives
  • Offer information regarding property promotions, products, services, and events taking place
  • Initiate the greeting, welcome guests in a friendly manner, and thank them for their patronage
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist guests with any complaints, comments, and card discrepancies
  • Enroll and create new member accounts
  • Keep the booth area clean and orderly at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Smile, make eye contact, and use the guest’s name while interacting
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
Requirements
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Able to efficiently compute accurate mathematical calculations
  • Verify right to work in the United States
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Previous experience working in a team or group environment
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Ability to accurately input and access information in the property management system/computers
  • 6 months of previous experience in same or similar role preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

  • Constant use of vision and hearing, reach, twist, and distinguish between shades of color
  • Frequently bend, sit, and communicate via paging system
  • Occasionally kneel, stand, and walk

  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 10 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
