Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
The individual must perform all essential functions on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees, management, customers, and suppliers.
Manage projects under aggressive time and dollar constraints
Skilled in multiple quality tools and systems. (Six Sigma, Root Cause, Lean, 5S, TQM, ISO, for example)
Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross-organizationally toward solutions

The Plant Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve plant operations and ensure that the plant meets its production goals. Detailed Job Description The Plant Manager Richfield is responsible for managing all aspects of the plant, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, and cost control. The Plant Manager will ensure that the plant meets all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve plant operations and ensure that the plant meets its production goals. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing plans to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
