Experience with pit design/exploration, drilling, blasting, inventory control, inventory measures and customer service preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and capable of developing and maintaining good relationships with company and regulatory agency personnel

Detailed Job Description The Plant Manager Richfield is responsible for managing all aspects of the plant, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, and cost control. The Plant Manager will ensure that the plant meets all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve plant operations and ensure that the plant meets its production goals. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing plans to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
