Plant Manager Gordonsville Quarry Jobs in Tennessee

Effectively manage staff by setting clear performance objectives, providing regular feedback, and providing development through training

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quarry operations

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role

Working knowledge of profit and loss statements and basic accounting principles

Strong communication and leadership skills

Possess strong basic math knowledge

***Starting salary is $100k based on Education and Experience
