Overview The Plant Human Resources Specialist I is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and providing guidance and support to employees. Detailed Job Description The Plant Human Resources Specialist I is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department in a manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for providing support to the HR department in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The Plant Human Resources Specialist I will also provide guidance and support to employees in areas such as benefits, policies, and procedures. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred

• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employee relations and compliance
• Knowledge of benefits, policies, and procedures
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment preferred
