Work closely with Mill teams to:

Develop and execute improvement action plans.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives to senior management

3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S lean/six sigma

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
