Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our dynamic team in Metal Manufacturing. As a Permanent Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize our processes and systems. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving change and making a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across the organization
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives to senior management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
• Identify and implement best practices from industry and benchmark against competitors
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize processes and systems
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that continuous improvement initiatives align with business goals and objectives
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S lean/six sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S lean/six sigma
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
